Processing

Our products are generally made to order so please allow 3–5 days for processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number after items have been shipped.

Returns / Refunds

Because we are a small business all sales are final, and our products cannot be refunded or exchanged. We also, understand that our scents cannot be sampled prior to purchase and may not be for everybody so if you are not satisfied with your fragrance, we encourage you to give it to someone who may enjoy it.

We take pride in making our products and they are carefully inspected; however, we are human so if you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so that we can assist you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Shipping

Items generally ship 3 – 5 days after processing. We want to avoid your items sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, so we are currently shipping Monday – Wednesday. There’s no shipping on holidays or weekends. We currently only ship within the US. Since the beginning of Covid there have been many delays with items being delivered on time however, once we mail your item it is out of our control, but you will receive a tracking number so that you can check for updates regarding your delivery date.

We make every attempt to securely package our products however, we know that USPS is not always as gentle as we would like with our items. If your items are damaged upon receipt, please take pictures and send to us within 48hrs of receipt so that we can make a claim with USPS since all of our packages are insured.

Lost/Stolen

All items are shipped ground advantage mail using USPS. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Also, we are not responsible for packages marked delivered but may have been stolen or disappeared. If your package says it has been delivered but you do not have it, please contact USPS and file a missing / lost package claim.
